While every effort will be made to restore the health and vitality of your plant, not all plants or growing conditions can be successfully rehabilitated. Some damage may be irreversible, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Herbal Myrtle reserves the right to decline rehabilitation services if an assessment determines that the plant's condition presents a significant risk of further damage, decline, or loss during the rehabilitation process.
